Infinix Smart S3 Plus rear camera review with samples
Infinix Smart 3 Plus smartphone was launched in April 2019. Even though the smartphone comes with a notch and great specs still the phone is under the budget. The phone has a triple camera setup with a 13MP primary lens f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP secondary lens, and a low-light sensor. There is an 8MP selfie camera. A 3,500mAh battery powers the phone. On the software front, the phone runs XOS 5.0 based on Android 9 Pie. Let's have a look at rear camera samples

Comparison of low light shots with realme 2 pro without nightscape
As you can see from the above images, the camera performs well in good lit and daylight conditions. The portraits are just average, there seems to be cropping going on while shooting portraits. There is a reduction in size. So do for the AR sticker shots. The edge detection is poor. Not able to get a live preview of the blurred BG, while shooting. And for low light, it does a fair job considering its price. Wish it could get a mode similar to nightsight, not sure whether the SoC will be able to handle the processing. As you can see in the comparison, the colors are better in Infinix but lack details. The human subject is sharper but with a lot of noise. Need more noise suppression without much loss in details. Exposure is controlled better compared to Realme 2 pro. Hope Infinix team work on their software and improve the camera performance.
