Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro out

Chinese manufacturer giant Xiaomi has been a major stakeholder in the Indian smartphone market. The team always had some trick up their sleeve or a mid-budget killer. The Redmi Note 4 has been the best selling smartphone in India.

Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro are available in the market from 16th March after their launch on 22nd February. Note 5 is available at a price of 9,999 for 32 GB variant and Note 5 Pro launched at a price tag of 12,999 for 64 GB variant. 

These two devices share almost the same looks with only a difference in screen width. Under the hood, Note 5 gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at 2 GHz while the Pro version of it gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz speed.

The Note 5 Pro packs a 12 MP rear dual camera with a 20 MP front shooter for selfies. The Note 5 gets a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. Coming to the battery, both have them are provided with a 4000 mAh battery to last long. Detailed specifications of both the devices are given below:
