ETX Capital announces the appointment of Mark Preston as an Independent non-Executive Director.

ETX Capital is delighted to announce that Mark Preston will be joining the Board of Directors as an Independent non-Executive Director ("INED") and will be chairing the Board's Risk Committee.

He has previously served as Executive Chairman and CEO of CityIndex; a NED on the Board Guardian Financial Services; Chief Executive Officer, Products and Markets Division Lloyds TSB; and CEO Europe for CIBC World Markets plc.
