How is India changing under Modi Government?

It says Daily Progress - 12 Villages Electrified today.
Whoa, Seriously, I was retrospecting, What used to be our country's governance 2 years ago. People hardly knew who was the Power Minister then and what ministries were doing.We only start hearing their names once if any scam was unearthed with elegant figures like 8000 Crores, 1.76 lakh crores etc.
But today, we see such changes on ground level where every citizen has a privilege to know what's going on in the country with real-time information. May it be a power ministry or a tweet to Sushma Swaraj or Suresh Prabhu. Everything is changed. There is an order now in governance.
I never thought our government would become this 'Accountable' and 'Transparent' within a less span of two years.
The Story of GARV:
It's been 68 years since Independence. Still there are 18,452 unelectrified villages(As of March 2015) mostly in Odisha, Bihar, Assam, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh,UP which never saw electricity since it was first discovered. PMO handed over this responsibility to his Power Minsitry and has set a target to complete the electrification by March 2017.

Piyush Goyal, Minister of Power, turned out to be one more bad-ass guy from Modi's A-Team. He accepted the challenge, And now almost 7000+ have already been electrified in just astonishing 18 months. 10k more to go.
